Morel Mushroom Festival

Apricot mushroom fever hits Wisconsin every spring. Muscoda Morel Fest is family fun for children and adults. Festivities include old-fashioned and farm tractor towing, car cruises, playhouses, an arts and crafts fair, a petting zoo, a Volunteer Fire Department steak feed, Kinschi Pedal Pulls, a food and beverage tasting area, a parade, and more!

The “smear” of this story is a trip to the Muscoda Morel Fest is a tradition not to be missed. This spring adventure cannot be put off until later, because morels are only present for a few weeks a year.
