After signing 12 practice squad players to novel contracts on Monday, the Green Bay Packers added seven more outside free agents on reserve/futures contracts on Tuesday.
The futures deal is a placeholder deal until the novel league year starts in March. The signed players will join the team’s 90-man roster in the offseason.
The Packers signed the following players:

DL Nesta Jade Silvera
Dunn (6-0, 189) was an undrafted free agent out of Oregon State in 2021. He previously played for the New York Jets and Seattle Seahawks.
Griffin (5-10, 181) was an undrafted free agent who left Mississippi State in 2024. He spent time last season with the Las Vegas Raiders and Cleveland Browns.
Hayes (6-0, 194) was an undrafted free agent who left BYU in 2023. Over the past two seasons, he has spent time with the Jacksonville Jaguars, New York Giants and Denver Broncos.
Hill (6-4, 319) was a sixth-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in the 2021 draft. He has played in 25 career games for the Bengals.
Lumpkin (6-5, 264) was an undrafted free agent who left Louisiana in 2024. He spent time with the New England Patriots before joining the practice squads of the Packers, Indianapolis Colts and Broncos this year.
Randolph (6-4, 296) was not selected in the 2024 Illinois draft. This year he spent training camp with the Chicago Bears.
Silvera (6-2, 304) was a seventh-round draft pick of the Raiders in 2023. He played in nine games for the Raiders and spent time on the practice squad of the San Francisco 49ers.
