Precision Shooting: Handloading for greater accuracy and lethality

Factory assembled ammunition will never meet the standards that handloading hunters can achieve, and for good reason.
The primary goal of the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute is to ensure that every firearm and cartridge is sheltered to utilize, and the institute’s officials understand that machines cannot reliably inject an exact charge of powder into every cartridge case moving down the assembly line. Therefore, powder charges may be a few grains lower, but never higher, than the maximum allowable for the powder being used.
