Last year, Mendoza was a sophomore on the California Golden Bears. He is 5 feet 4 inches lofty and weighs 225 pounds. Last season, Fernando Mendoza completed 68.7% of his passes for 3,004 yards, 16 touchdowns and six interceptions. If Wisconsin were to sign him, it would be a gigantic win for the football program as they need to win games in the BIG10 conference next season.
It will be intriguing to see how long it takes for Mendoza to choose a recent home. Wisconsin needs to find hope and optimism for the 2025 season.

If Mendoza transferred to Wisconsin, there is no doubt he would be their starting quarterback in 2025. Meanwhile, Carter Smith and Mabrey Mettauer could develop behind him.
