Sections 5 Biggest Question Marks for Packers Entering Training Camp

The Packers have been moving Morgan up and down the offensive line during OTAs and minicamp, playing every position except center. Part of the Packers’ belief in cross-training their offensive linemen and wanting versatility is there. But beyond that, there’s a feel-out process, with the Packers trying to figure out where Morgan might fit best among their “top five.” But that puts a strain on Morgan, who’s not only going from college to the NFL but has to play both linebacker and quarterback, and on both sides of the line. The sooner the Packers can let him work in one specific position, the better off he’ll be, and once that happens, it’ll be clear who the Packers’ preferred starting five is. But we might not get to that point until there’s some camp practice with the guards, because that’s when you can really gauge the offensive line’s play. — Paul Brett
