The Green Bay Packers will be the 6th or 7th seed in the NFC playoffs, and now we have seeding scenarios that show different paths heading into Week 18.
According to NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero, the Packers will finish 6th in 16 scenarios and 7th in 48 scenarios based on mixed results in the season finale.

To save your eyes, in all 16 scenarios in which the Packers are the No. 6 seed, the Dallas Cowboys must beat the Washington Commanders and the Packers must beat the Chicago Bears on Sunday.
If the Commanders win in Dallas or the Packers lose to the Bears at Lambeau Field, the Packers will drop to 7th place. Even if both the Commanders and Packers win, the Commanders will finish in sixth place based on the tiebreaker (conference record).
The seeding scenarios assist determine the Packers’ potential first-round opponents.
If the Packers are seeded No. 6, they can only face the Los Angeles Rams or Tampa Bay Buccaneers. If the Packers are seeded No. 7, they can only face the Philadelphia Eagles.
The No. 1 seed will be the winner of the final game between the Minnesota Vikings and the Detroit Lions. The loser will be the No. 5 seed. The Rams won the NFC West and will be a No. 3 or No. 4 seed. Like the Packers, the Commanders can only finish as a No. 6 or No. 7 seed. The Atlanta Falcons are still in the NFC South race, but could finish race only in fourth place.
The Packers host the Bears at Lambeau Field on Sunday at noon.
