Sections Key dates to know for 2024 Packers training camp

Training camp is almost here for Matt LaFleur and the Green Bay Packers. The 2024 Packers will open their season with a practice on Monday, July 22.

LaFleur’s team will hold 16 open practices in Green Bay, including Family Night and a joint practice. The Packers will travel for two preseason games and one joint practice before returning home to finish their exhibition schedule at Lambeau Field. From there, Brian Gutekunst must finalize his lineup before the regular season opens against the Philadelphia Eagles in a special international game in Brazil.

Sunday, July 21: Experienced Players Report
Monday, July 22: First training session (10:30)
Saturday, August 3: Family Night at Lambeau Field (7:30 p.m.)
Saturday, August 10: Preseason game against Cleveland Browns (3:25 p.m.)
Friday, August 16: Joint practice against Denver Broncos (10:00)
Sunday, August 18: Preseason game against Denver Broncos (7:00 p.m.)
Thursday, Aug. 22: Joint practice against Ravens (10:30 a.m.)
Saturday, Aug. 24: Preseason game vs. Baltimore Ravens (Noon)
Tuesday, August 27: Squad reduced to 53 players by 3:00 p.m.
Wednesday, August 28: Training team formation begins
Friday, September 6: Week 1 vs. Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil (7:15 p.m.)
Sunday, September 15: Home opener against the Indianapolis Colts (noon)
