By now, even your grandma, who only watches “The Price is Right,” “Days of Our Lives” and the local news, knows all about Ashton Jeanty. The Boise State running back is the top running back in college football and it’s protected to assume he’ll be a top-20 pick in the 2025 NFL draft.
In addition to Jeanty, the Broncos have two prospects that the Green Bay Packers could target on day three of the draft.
Ahmed Hassanein, Edge
Over the past two seasons, Hassanein has recorded 21 sacks, 30 tackles for loss and 113 tackles. Hassanein is a powerful player with robust hands and the ability to hammer offensive tackles. As a running back, he establishes a challenging edge and competes with consistent effort. According to Professional focus on footballOver the last two seasons, Hassanein has recorded a total of 58 stops.
Kage Casey, OT
Casey, only a redshirt sophomore, will have his hands full against Penn State’s top prospects, Abdul Carter and Dani Dennis-Sutton. In his second season as the starting left guard, Casey gave up no sacks and five pressures. The Oregon native will most likely go out during the 2026 NFL Draft, but with a robust performance against top-10 pick Carter, he could push Casey in the opposite direction and have him declare for the upcoming draft.
