The Green Bay Packers will be without cornerback Jaire Alexander for Sunday’s matchup against Justin Jefferson and the Minnesota Vikings. Alexander, who is dealing with quadriceps and groin injuries, will be inactive for the Packers in week four.
Quarterback Jordan Love is vigorous, as expected. He will make his first debut since suffering a knee injury in Brazil on September 6.
The Packers will have a player shortage at cornerback. Both Alexander and Carrington Valentine are inactive due to injuries. Eric Stokes and Corey Ballentine are expected to start at cornerback, and the Packers elevated Robert Rochell and Kamal Hadden from the practice squad to add depth at the position.
First round pick Jordan Morgan out, Brenton Cox Jr. out. and Colby Wood are inactive on the defensive line, and rookies Kitan Oladapo and Travis Glover are in good form.
