Sections Packers injury news: QB Jordan Love practices for third straight day

While certainly restricted again, Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love was available for practice for the third straight day Friday, according to Mike Spofford from the band’s official website.

More details can be found on the injury report, but Love’s chances of playing Sunday against the Tennessee Titans appear to be wide open.

Love returned to practice Wednesday for the first time since injuring his knee in the season opener. He was listed as restricted Wednesday and Thursday — and coach Matt LaFleur would not provide any information beyond his participation status.

The Packers will provide their final injury report Friday afternoon. The team travels to Nashville on Saturday and will play the Titans on Sunday.

If Love is listed as questionable to play, the next milestone to watch will come Saturday. The Packers must decide whether to elevate Sean Clifford from the practice squad by Saturday. Clifford was elevated last week.

Love injured his left medial collateral ligament against the Philadelphia Eagles. He did not practice last week and was initially listed as questionable on Friday but was downgraded to questionable on Saturday. He was inactive on Sunday as Malik Willis completed 12 of 14 passes as the starter in a 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts.
