The Packers continue to see improvement in each of their teenage wide receivers – Christian Watson is hearty, Romeo Doubs had an “amazing” spring, Jayden Reed and Dontayvion Wicks added to their toolboxes in offseason workouts together, and Bo Melton is building on his impressive finish 2023 season. As expected, this is a deep and talented group with a chance to really improve and produce even more in 2024. On the other hand, the Packers are increasingly confident in what they have built at cornerback, especially with the return of Eric Stokes , an improvement over Carrington Valentine in Year 2 and a change in the character of All-Pro Jaire Alexander. The NFL is a passing-dominated league, and the Packers feel very good about where they are in two extremely significant position groups in the passing game. In 2024, both forwards and defensemen could be 5-6 deep.
