The season kickoff at 12 p.m. on FOX means Sunday’s Week 2 matchup between the Green Bay Packers and the Indianapolis Colts will only be broadcast in a narrow region of the country.
Packers-Colts is one of six games on FOX in the initial time slot. The No. 1 game in that time slot is the Dallas Cowboys vs. New Orleans Saints.
The Packers-Colts game will be broadcast to parts of Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan and Indiana. The Vikings play on CBS in an early timeslot, so most of Minnesota will not be broadcast on FOX in an early timeslot.
Here is the broadcast map for the early time slot on FOX in week two, via 506sports.com:
Joe Davis will be reporting live from the event with Greg Olsen as a FOX commentator.
Fans can also watch the Packers-Colts game from anywhere in the country with Sunday NFL Ticket on YouTubeTV.
Packers.com will stream the game live on your computer. ESPN Radio will also stream the game live. As will Sirius Satellite Radio on channel 161 or 229.
Packers fans at their local market can watch the game on mobile devices via the Packers app.
