State Review: Should Wisconsin have a sandhill crane hunting season?

I wish I could ask Herb Behnke how he would handle the plan to have a sandhill crane hunting season in Wisconsin.
Many readers may remember Behnke as a longtime member of the Natural Resources Council who offered plenty of common sense on resource issues while also being able to build bridges – for the most part – between opposing sides of an issue.
