The Milwaukee Brewers have been linked to a pitcher who was outstanding in the KBO last year
Earlier in the offseason, the 32-year-old LHP Kyle Hart attracted significant interest from the MLB, and rumor had it that at least 16 teams expressed interest. Will Sammon of The Athletic recently revealed some of them teams that feature the Brewers they were among the few he mentioned.
Kyle Hart believes he is a middle-of-the-rotation pitcher
After an outstanding 2024 KBO season that included 26 starts, 157 innings pitched, a 2.69 ERA, a 28.8% strikeout rate and a 6% walk rate, Kyle Hart expressed his disappointment to local Massachusetts media in his lone appearance in MLB in 2020 after this loss, he remains confident in his ability to maintain a consistent and effective presence in the major league competition, firmly believing that he can thrive at the highest level of baseball in the United States.
It seems likely that one of the teams will tackle the southpaw’s tender toss, but his chance to sign may not come until other players come off the board first, as Roki Sasaki, Jack Flaherty and Nick Pivetta are still available.
