The longtime Kicker Green Bay Packers Mason Crosby announced his retirement with the NFL during “The Mason Crosby Show” 105.7 Fan in Milwaukee on Tuesday.
Crosby, the sixth round of Packers in the project in 2007, spent 16 seasons in Green Bay. He played in three matches for New York Giants in 2023, but he did not play NFL in 2024.
Crosby said he has been “putting” retirement for two years. Packers did not sign it again after the 2022 season.
Crosby played in 261 career matches, including 258 from Packers. He was a member of the team of the Super Bowl XLV Packers champion and left Green Bay as a franchise leader in the field of points and goals in the field. NFC Special Teams won the player of the NFC Week eight times, and NFC special teams twice twice. Crosby never left regular or after the season during Packers.

Crosby reached 400 of 492 goals and 739 out of 760 additional points in its NFL career. He made 44 goals for over 50 yards. His last point was 1 939 – 1918 with Packers and 21 from Giants. It takes 11th place in the points scored. Crosby played in 12 matches after the season, combining 31 out of 35 goals and all 70 additional points. He scored 163 points after the season, taking fifth place in history.
Although it is not official yet, Crosby will eventually be Packers Hall of Famer.
