The spring court hearing in Washington County, Wisconsin, draws a tiny crowd

The four-year delay between in-person spring hearings (the last one was held in 2019) has taken a toll on attendance at spring hearings in Washington County. Only 42 people registered for the April 8 meeting in West Bend, down from 95 in 2019 and 190 in 2018, when the crossbow question drew a larger-than-usual crowd.
The first issue discussed at the hearing was the change in the composition of the delegates of the district Environmental Protection Congress.
