The U.S. Department of Agriculture on Tuesday, June 27, announced a significant investment to expand wildlife conservation work.
USDA will invest $500 million over the next five years and leverage all available conservation programs through the Working Lands for Wildlife program, according to the agency’s news release. The $500 million will be distributed across the United States and will aid boost the population of various wildlife.
