On Friday, a Badgers employee Jack Del Rio According to the officers’ findings, he was detained because he was under the influence of alcohol Adam Rittenberg of ESPN. The good news is that no one was injured in the incident.

Rittenberg on his Twitter released a statement on Monday morning regarding Jack Del Rio. It was written:
“Wisconsin staff member Jack Del Rio, a former NFL coach, was arrested early Friday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol after the car he was driving struck a road sign and broke a fence. Madison police said he “showed signs of impairment.” No injuries have been reported.”
Del Rio is a “senior advisor to the head coach.” This is his first season on Luke Fickell’s coaching staff. Why do people still drive under the influence of alcohol to this day? This is such a bad decision. Wisconsin also released a statement saying:
“We take matters like this very seriously and continue to collect information,” the report said.
It will be captivating to see if the Wisconsin Badgers decide to suspend him for their upcoming game against the No. 1 Oregon Ducks this weekend and beyond, or if they simply fine him. Del Rio was an NFL coach before coming to Wisconsin this season.

Many Wisconsin Badgers fans jokingly claim that Jack Del Rio should play for Kirby Smart on the Georgia Bulldogs. They have had many off-field incidents with players in the past. Georgia is one of the best teams in the country, but Wisconsin still has a long way to go.
