Scent control has been a warm topic in deer hunting for a long, long time. In fact, it was probably a stern problem even back when we wore animal skins and threw spears at creatures.
Modern deer hunters are also obsessed with this aspect, but it’s still up for debate whether it’s actually possible to beat the crap out of a buck. Many hunters believe that this can’t really be done and that if the deer catches wind, the game is almost over. But downwind at 15 yards is different from downwind at 50.
