An arrest warrant has been issued for one of two suspects charged in a deer poaching case in Waupaca County.
Travis J. Vander Heiden, 37, now of Pampa, Texas, had a deferred initial appearance scheduled for July 25 before Waupaca County Circuit Court Judge Raymond Huber, but Vander Heiden did not appear in person or by telephone.
