The Wisconsin Badgers will not appear in a bowl game this season as they finished the 2024 college football season with a 5-7 record. Because of this, Wisconsin is currently trying to find players in the transfer portal for the 2025 college football season.
One player who has shown interest in Wisconsin is former Tulane Green Wave defensive lineman Parker Petersen. During his junior season at Tulane, he recorded 21 total tackles, 2.5 sacks and one fumble recovery.
Parker Petersen commits to the Wisconsin Badgers team
Sunday morning Peterson involved play football next season at Wisconsin. He is 5 feet 7 inches high and weighs 301 pounds. This is a good addition to the Badgers football program. They needed support on the defensive line and he’s from Nashville, Tennessee.
It will be intriguing to see how much of an impact he has on the Badgers next season. It was the best year Petersen had in college football with Tulane before leaving the program.

This won’t be the last time the Wisconsin Badgers attack the portal this offseason by landing Parker Petersen. The position that all Wisconsin fans are looking forward to is the quarterback position. Head coach Luke Fickell needs to find a starting quarterback for the 2025 season. That will make or break his career at Wisconsin.
