Brian Peterson and a team of scientists from the University of Nebraska-Kaarney have been studying white deer antlers for 15 years.
Peterson is the coordinator of the Master of Science biology program at the University of Nebraska-Kaarney and was a recent guest of the National Deer Association (NDA) Coffee and Deer.
