There have been questions from the outside about Crimson Tide quarterback Jalen Milroe. There have been some questions about his passing ability, but he is very effective in the running game. Kalen DeBoer said on Podcast Until Saturday About the quarterback:

It has several tools that are truly extraordinary. He had great deep-ball skills last year that showed, and he’s shown them this year. Of course, what most people notice is his ability to run. Putting those things together is the trick, right? His [about] where is the balance when we have other great players that we want to make sure they have the opportunity to help us win football matches.”

Milroe has completed 65.7 percent of his passes for 394 yards and five touchdowns in his first two games. He has also rushed for 81 yards and four touchdowns on 22 attempts and is averaging 3.7 yards per attempt this season. Jalen Milroe had just two yards last week against the USF Bulls but had 79 in the first week of the season.

The Wisconsin Badgers need to stop him to have a chance

The Badgers need to stop him to have a chance at pulling off a surprise. It could be an captivating early game for Wisconsin against Alabama, but the Crimson Tide may have better athletes on the field than the Badgers.

Jalen Milroe and Tyler Van Dyke will be an captivating quarterback pairing all day long. Van Dyke will need to make some throws down the field for the Wisconsin Badgers. But the biggest difference will be that Jalen Milroe will have a starting quarterback, freshman wide receiver Ryan Williams, to lean on in an significant spot.
