Wisconsin Badgers: Braelon Allen makes entertaining request to fantasy football managers

There’s been some buzz around former Wisconsin Badgers star quarterback Braelon Allen in fantasy football. While the New York Jets rookie isn’t seen or listed as a starter ahead of the 2024 NFL season, there are fantasy football managers who believe Allen could be a factor at some point this year.

In fact, many of those managers sent private messages to Allen to motivate him for the upcoming season.

Allen recently shared a screenshot of a specific message he regularly receives via Instagram Story.

The message reads:

“We’re going to be perfect in every aspect of the game. You drop a pass, you run a mile. You don’t do a blocking job, you run a mile. You trip over the ball and I’ll break your foot in the back of John Brown, and then you run a mile. Perfection. Let’s get to work. Win me that fantasy football title.”

“About the 26th of the same news. Let this end YESTERDAY,” Allen wrote in the post.

If this message sounds familiar, it’s because it comes from cult scene In Remember the Titans? movie.

Allen’s production on the field will largely depend on how much action he sees. Ahead of him on the depth chart is Breece Hall, who has a secure RB1 role.

Allen could make his NFL regular season debut on September 9 against the San Francisco 49ers.
