Wisconsin basketball head coach Greg Gard is a notable Green Bay Packers fan, so it’s no surprise that he doesn’t think highly of the Chicago Bears.
While recent interview with ESPN MadisonGard even hilariously challenged Caleb Williams and the Bears when asked about his thoughts on the film Wisconsin senior guard Kamari McGee I’m looking forward to the 2024 NFL Draft’s top prospect’s performance after making a three-pointer from the corner last Saturday in the game between the Badgers and the USC Trojans at the Galen Center in Los Angeles.

“I didn’t even realize how irrelevant the Bears were to me,” Gard said. “I didn’t even realize he was sitting there. But they said, I asked him and [Max] After the match, Kelsmit asked, “Who are you?” – Well, you shout at him. And he said, “No, it was the guy next to him chirping.”
Gard didn’t stop there, as he noted that Williams left the game before it ended due to the score being tied in favor of Wisconsin basketball. Willians, of course, was a former quarterback for the USC football team before he turned pro.
“So between our Packers guys and our Vikings guys, they said he left a little early. As we finish the game, they’ll give him some “Go Pack, Go” and SKOL chants. But he had to leave. He had to leave early. He obviously saw what the results would be.
No. 24 Wisconsin Basketball defeated the Trojans 84-69, extending the Badgers’ winning streak to seven games.
