Wisconsin Basketball’s Monday announcement created a buzz amid its winning streak

Wisconsin basketball is in good shape after winning all of its last seven games. Last Saturday, the Badgers earned an 84-69 road victory over the USC Trojans. Thanks to Wisconsin’s winning streak, Greg Gard’s team moved up six spots in the latest Associated Press Top 25 poll, rising from 24th to 18th.

The official X (formerly Twitter) account for Wisconsin men’s basketball also announced the news on Tuesday, drawing plenty of reaction from fans and supporters of the team.

“Badgers’ big leap. “I’m glad they’re getting recognition from AP because other outlets haven’t been so kind with their ranking,” the fan said.

“Boys are jumping into the basket,” shared user X.

“They are burning there,” another social media user mentioned.

“Keep climbing, Bucky! 👏🏾” – we read in another comment.

“Keep going!” – he supported the basketball player from Wisconsin.

Wisconsin basketball currently has a 15-3 overall record and 5-2 against Big Ten opponents. Badgers, however, are only 2-3 inches long Quarter games 1 and none of their wins in their current winning streak have come at the expense of the team in the top thirty of NET rankings.

Nevertheless, the Badgers are one of the hottest teams in the country right now, and they will look to continue that form next Tuesday against the UCLA Bruins at Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles.
