Members of the Natural Resources Conservation Congress’s Wolf Committee opposed the original draft of the DNR’s updated wolf plan that was released in November 2022 and postponed the fall 2023 meeting to review the revised wolf plan (released August 1) before it goes before the Natural Resources Board (NRB) on October 25 in Madison.
The committee, chaired by Ed Harvey Jr., met Sept. 23 at the Marathon County Library with 13 members attending in person and five attending virtually.
