Perhaps the most essential aspect of the recruiting process for Snyder is the value he presents to both the program and the staff. When asked what he focused on in his recruitment, the offensive lineman said, “I want a staff that values me and wants me.”
Snyder is focused on finding a program that wants him both for his talent on the field and who he is as a person.
